The Den Ngoc Son Temple in Hanoi, Vietnam

The Den Ngoc Son Temple is situated on a beautiful little island in the Hoan Kiem Lake in Central Hanoi (also known as Hoan Kiem District). The temple was founded in the fourteenth century and is dedicated to three personalities: the national hero General Tron Hung Dao, who defeated the Mongols in 1288, Van Xuong the God of Literature and La To the patron for doctors.
